Who we are

This website and The Unofficial Costco Savings Playbook are run by The 65 Report, a brand of Timeless Media LLC. You can reach us at hello@the65report.com.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, and billing details. Checkout is handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you sign up for a free sample or guide: your email address, and your name if you give it. These signups are managed through our email service, MailerLite.
• When you write to us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and send your receipt
• To answer your questions and process refunds
• To send emails you signed up for, such as the free sample and savings tips

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with the services that help us run the business (Lemon Squeezy for checkout and MailerLite for email), and only as needed to provide those services.

Cookies and website data

This website doesn't use advertising trackers. Like most websites, it loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address, for security. Lemon Squeezy and MailerLite have their own privacy policies for the pages and forms they operate.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just write to hello@the65report.com. Some details, like purchase records, may need to be kept for tax and accounting reasons.

Children

This website and our products are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
